Is your Roof watertight?

It’s estimated that half of all Christchurch homes are older than 60 years old. Many of them haven’t had the roof replaced, which means inevitably, the roof will struggle to remain watertight.

To make sure your home and possessions are protected from leaks, re-roofing or at least regular maintenance to check if repairs are needed, is advised. This is particularly important if your home was built in the 1970s or earlier and has original concrete roof tiles that haven’t been replaced.
