THE RIGHT TIME TO RE-ROOF

Though daylight savings might have thrown us all out of whack, it provides the perfect opportunity for our industry with more daylight hours and more time in the day to work on your roof! 😎 We’re excited about summer and a busy season ahead.

THE RE-ROOFING GODS ALLOW

I said it last month, but I’ll say it again – it was a very wet winter, one of the wettest on record. Now that the skies have cleared, it’s a chance to repair the damage exposed by the downpours. It’s now a good time to be thinking about a roof repair or re-roof with the weather proving a chance to get work done well and efficiently. Also, take a look at your butynol – did it get through winter?
We can reseal or replace it to keep it in good shape to deal with the harsh New Zealand sun.

LET THE LIGHT IN

Is your house on the dark side? A great way to bring a bit of light into your house and make your space look better and brighter with summer on the way is a skylight. These can be new installations or adaptations of existing skylights.
Bring summer inside!

SEASONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Spring is a bumper season for the property market, and it’s integral your roof is looking good if you want to sell. A valuation will take into consideration the love you’ve shown your roof, made better by a good clean, a re-roof, roof repairs, a respray, new spouting, and guttering.

MY THOUGHTS

If you’re a homeowner, you’ve got a lot of money tied up in your house; it is so important you look after your asset. Especially your roof. You might not know where to start with your roof, so I’m always happy to set you on the right track to figuring out what will work for you and helping you maintain your property value.
Let’s be house proud, Canterbury.
